1. Service Description

OriTrace provides a software-as-a-service platform for food producers to create traceable product pages, generate QR codes, and share product information with buyers.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each account is associated with one producer organization. You must provide accurate company information when registering.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use OriTrace only for legitimate food traceability purposes. You must not enter false or misleading product data, lab results, or certification claims.

4. Payment Terms

Free trial accounts are available for 14 days. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into OriTrace. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a license to display your data on the public product pages you create.

6. Limitation of Liability

OriTrace is provided on an 'as is' basis. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of AI-generated tasting profiles, which are provided for informational purposes only.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your published product pages will be taken offline. You may request an export of your data within 30 days.
